Vancouver, BC – WPIC Marketing + Technologies, APAC’s leading e-commerce consultancy, is thrilled to announce that its President and Co-founder, Joseph Cooke, has been named a winner of Business in Vancouver’s (BIV) Forty Under 40 Award for 2021.

The award recognizes entrepreneurs, executives, and professionals across British Columbia under the age of 40 who have demonstrated excellence in business, judgment, leadership, and community contribution.

As President of WPIC Marketing + Technologies, Joseph is a driving force behind the firm’s global business development, strategic planning, and deployment of cross-border projects that enable organizations from around the world to grow in APAC.

Having lived in and operated in Asia for close to two decades, Joseph’s key areas of expertise include e-commerce, analytics, data scraping, website development and deployment, legal setup, licensing, ICP registration, and more.

As an innovator and problem-solver in APAC’s digital space, Joseph has been a recent recipient of several awards, including: CIBC’s Top Entrepreneur Award (BC region); Pacific division finalist for EY’s 2021 Entrepreneur of The Year Award; gold-medal winner of CCBC’s 2020 Canada China Business Excellence Award; and a Western Canada finalist in KPMG’s 2021 Enterprise Tech Innovator Competition.

Under Joseph’s leadership, WPIC has seen significant growth recently, with an organizational footprint that now spans a dozen locations, a headcount that has increased to more than 350 staff around the world, and a client count that now exceeds 650.
