WPIC Appoints Alex Palmer as Global Chief Operating Officer

February 24, 2026 — Vancouver, Canada — WPIC Marketing + Technologies, Asia-Pacific’s leading e-commerce enabler for global consumer brands, is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Palmer to Global Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately.

In this expanded executive role, Palmer will oversee WPIC’s global operations, ensuring strong execution and operational alignment across the company’s international markets. In addition to his continued leadership of global governance, client engagements, and portfolio oversight, Palmer will take on broader responsibility for organizational effectiveness and the systems and processes that enable WPIC’s teams to perform at scale throughout China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.

Since joining WPIC in 2020, Palmer has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and strengthening client relationships across the company’s global portfolio. As Executive Vice President of Engagements, he built and led the primary customer relationship team, bringing a unique focus on strategy development, agile execution, partnership building, and customer service. His background in enterprise-level solution building, product development, go-to-market strategy, and program management has been essential to WPIC’s ability to deliver measurable results for global brands in APAC’s dynamic digital commerce landscape.
