To help parents through this journey, Owlet has created a device called the Smart Sock, which allows parents to look at the best indicators of their baby’s overall health and well-being, and proactively notify them if a baby needs attention.
To bring their devices to more parents and babies around the world, Owlet partnered with WPIC to launch an influencer and PR campaign in Southeast Asia to educate parents in the region about the benefits of the smart sock. Through a crafted selection of local influencers, blogs, and media with direct reach in the parenting communities, WPIC and Owlet have been able to develop authentic stories around their innovative device and reach over 100,000 parents in the region.
